The tasting menu at Dry Creek Kitchen
While taking a stroll through downtown Healdsburg, we decided to pop into Dry Creek Kitchen and have a bite at the bar. Imagine our delight when we saw that our 2010 Floodgate Vineyard Pinot Noir was being featured in the fourth course of the Chef's tasting menu. The pairing was created by Chef de Cuisine, Dustin Valett, and Sommelier, Drew Munro, is delicious.
The pairing is: Crispy pork belly with a saffron roasted pepper piperade, parsley relish, black garlic with the 2010 Floodgate Vineyard Pinot Noir
