Finally had the right wine to try this cool new toy. Takes a bit of coordination to park it like this but it aerates as the wine moves from bottle to globe to glass. We tried wine right from the bottle and via the decanter and it does indeed help soften a wine that could use a little air. Thanks to the friends who thought of us on their vacation to pack this home. - Alan
