Tasting Notes: The spicy-sweetness of the brown sugar and dijon is a lovely compliment to the fruit and bright acidity in the Pinot.

Serena's Tips: The amount of dijon mustard and brown sugar is definitely dependent on your taste buds. If you prefer sweet, add more brown sugar and less mustard and vice versa. We also add a little bit of grated ginger for a little more zing.
