2020 Mendocino Ridge Pinot Noir

Tasting notes:

First out of the glass is a core of red fruit, think pomegranate, and floral notes of hibiscus, orange blossom, and maybe a little boysenberry. This is not an in-your-face wine. It is subtle and nuanced. The palate is also restrained but shows cedar, cranberry, and Rainier cherry. It also shows a little strawberry cheesecake note right before the finish that features pretty tight tannins. (Updated 10.30.23 - Alan)
