Harvest Twist
We’re adding a harvest-related twist to our September tastings: When we have grapes on site, you’ll be able to taste juice samples or maybe take a sugar reading with a refractometer and see an active fermentation. Book a tasting in September and we’ll add the Harvest Twist to your visit.
Come Over October
Come Over October was created as a toast to togetherness. With our new fall wines on the tasting menu all month, we wanted to give you an extra reason to visit on Fridays and Saturdays in October: the chance to share a very special bottle with us.
We’re going back to the very beginning with the first wine our winemaker, Alan, ever created. The 2005 Cellar Rat Cellars Syrah came from Dry Creek Valley, where we’re building Cartograph’s forever home. This month, we’re also releasing Cartograph’s first Syrah from the new property: the 2024 Van der Boon Syrah.
Join us on Fridays and Saturdays to taste these two wines together for a throwback to where Alan’s winemaking journey began and a taste of where Cartograph is headed.
Gatherings!
November kicks off the delicious gatherings that are part of the holiday season. In that spirit, our team has gathered their favorite appetizers and paired them with wines from the Cartograph library to help you find a special bottle for your holiday table or for gifting.
On Fridays and Saturdays all November, we’ll share the recipes and small bites as part of your tasting experience. Come gather with us and get a head start on your holiday planning!
Season to Sparkle
There are so many reasons to sparkle in December: holiday parties, festive dinners, family events, catching up with friends, gifts to give, traditions to celebrate — so there are plenty of occasions for opening a bottle of something special. After a challenging year, we figured we could all use a little extra sparkle.
We’ll open some every Friday and Saturday in December. And because that alone didn’t seem quite enough to send 2026 off in style, we’re adding a potato chip pairing with it. Join us for some bubbles, chips and good cheer as we say goodbye to 2026.
