2019 Mendocino Ridge Pinot Noir

Tasting notes:

The Mendocino Ridge Pinot Noir has a few fun surprises hiding in the glass. Along with the dark fruits like blueberry and blackberry this wine also has a hint of mint and an interesting malt powder note. Rich and round on the palate it shows blackberry and dark cherry flavors. And considering that along with the malt aroma it has a great touch of cocoa/chocolate on the palate, maybe the perfect pairing would be a good ol' carton of Whoppers, or one of the recipes below.
