2019 Cartograph Estate Pinot Noir

Tasting notes:

As always there is a lot going on with the estate Pinot. Aromas of ripe Bing cherry, Santa Rosa plum and a lovely tarragon note hovering in the background. The palate reveals earthy components as well as strawberry, rose petal, and ripe cherry. On the palate it is broad showing black cherry, blackberry, and a hint raspberry. This wine is definitely focused on the beautiful fruit flavors we achieved in 2019 with some fresh cut cedar lingering on the finish. (Updated 7.28.23 - Alan)
