2018 Cartograph Estate Pinot Noir
We love how this wine balances sweet and savory aromas. Warm summer forest floor aromatics blend with floral black cherry and bright cranberry with a bitter dark chocolate note hovering in the background. Yep, pretty awesome. The palate is earthy and energetic showing cranberry and slightly drying tannins. As might be expected from the Cartograph Estate, this wine is built to age and feels like a youngster right now. Just give it a little air before serving.
