2015 Choate Vineyard Pinot Noir

Tasting notes:

This year's Pinot from the Choate Vineyard is lush on the palate and has a rich loamy aromatic profile. Earthy loam mixes with dark plum, black cherry, and dry fall leaves. On the palate it is a medium/full weight with rich black cherry balanced against earthy undertones. The long finish shows the typical elevated acid profile of the Green Valley AVA, which makes for a mouthwatering experience that invites you back for another sip.  (Updated 2.18.2018 - Alan)
