Ingredients
- 1 lb brussel sprouts
- 6 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic, peeled
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Tasting notes: The earthiness of the brussel sprouts plays perfectly with the fall aromas of the <endocino Ridge Pinot and the balsamic cinegar provides a beautiful contrast to the cranberry elements.
Serena's tips: Keep your eye on the time as you don't want to blacken them, nor do you have to shake them every 5 minutes, flip them once and you are good. Good quality balsamic vinegar is key and we definitely use more than one tablespoon.
