  • 1 lemon, halved crosswise, seeds removed
  • 4 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 2 bunches broccolini, ends trimmed
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
Directions

Tasting notes: We like how the peppery aspect of the broccolini and the lemon play well with the orange blossom and cedar elements of the Transverse.

Serena's tips: We've done this is with broccolini and broccoli and depending on which one is freshest, use that one.
