- 2 tbsps chopped parsley
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- salt
- 1 garlic clove

- 1 1/2 lbs fresh or frozen tilapia filets (4-6)

Serena's tips: This is a great beginner recipe for fish. We add a bunch more herbs depending on what is in the garden just to enhance the flavor. And if your fish looks dry, throw in some white wine for a couple of minutes.
