2023 Vintage Estate Olive Oil

Tasting Notes:

This olive oil is 100% Estate olive oil from the 2023 vintage. It's a bold olive oil with a fruity yet herbaceous taste. It has a slight bitterness which makes your mouth pucker in a good way. There are some elements of nuttiness, green olive and flint on the palate. Very lush mouthfeel. I would use this olive oil to dip chunks or bread or pour over vegetables as a salad dressing. Perhaps even drizzle a little bit over soup or pasta. (9.1.24 - Serena)

Production: 12 cases. The bottle is 500ml and there is a built in pour spout to keep your bottle drip free.
