Call now to reserve your place at the table for a special Cartograph–Valette "Meet the Makers" dinner. This intimate eight-person dinner will feature a special meal prepared by Chef Dustin Valette (of Valette restaurant, the Cartograph tasting room’s next-door neighbor), paired with library wines selected by our winemaker, Alan Baker.
The two work together to create a four course dinner all paired with Cartograph wines. It is a one time menu that is created just for that evening, each Cartograph-Valette dinner has it's own menu and unique wine pairings. Dustin presents the food, Alan presents the wine, and both discuss the techniques and ideas involved in their respective processes. The resulting one-of-a-kind “meet the makers” dinner gives you a unique behind-the-scenes look at the creation of some glorious dishes and delicious wines.
