A Passion For Pinot: Inside the Winemaker's World
As we pull back the curtain on how to make exquisite Pinot noir, you will have a front row seat to how and what decisions are made in the vineyard by our winemaker, see his thinking through the harvest process and winery work to get the juice into the bottle as a finished wine. Through the journey you’ll taste juice and wines at various stages in the process, learn the vocabulary we use in the winery and see the tools we use and deep dive into the decision making matrix. Threaded between all those decisions, you’ll swoon over a love story that echoes the passion our winemaker has to deal with this capricious fruit.
