Adult Signature Required: Wine contains alcohol so shipments require and adult signature (21+ years of age) and can not be shipped to a PO Box. We recommend shipping to a business address if possible.
Tracking information: You will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number and we will also add that information to your order. UPS will attempt to deliver the package three times and then it gets returned to us. Please make sure the email address associated with your order is correct so that you can receive the notifications.
Weather: Unfortunately weather can impact wine if the temperatures are severe for more than several hours. During the winter and the summer months we keep an eye on the temperatures and avoid ground shipping when we believe the temperatures are too high or too low.
