2013 Floodgate Vineyard Gewürztraminer

This Gewürztraminer's light golden color evokes sunlight in a glass. Aromas of  honeysuckle, white peach, and orange zest rise from the glass. On the palate you'll get loads of citrus with a lush and silky mouthfeel. There is a very slight phenolic edge on the finish that gives this wine a long finish and makes this a perfect pairing not just with the traditional Asian dishes you might expect but also great with holiday meals, think Thanksgiving turkey, and dishes that can match that citrus zing like seafood ceviches.
