We had the pleasure of meeting Joe Czesnakowicz when Spoonbar first opened and we were had great evening there tasting through several unique wines they ahd in the cellar. We quickly saw what a great palate Joe has and have throughly enjoyed all the wines he's recommended to us and have had a lot of fun pairing our wines with the Spoonbar menu.

My favorite dishes from Chef Louis Maldonado are the branzino and kanapachi sashimi. For appetizers, the slow cooked jidori eggs are a fabulous. On occasion they have a fantastic roasted chicken that is a two person dish, truly sublime.
