Originally paired with the 2012 Perli Vineyard Pinot Noir. This pasta dish is not only healthy and delicious, but it’s also very simple to prepare. You might have hated Brussels Sprouts as a child, but we think you’ll enjoy them prepared this way. Pair it with the 2012 Perli Vineyard Pinot Noir and you'll have a delicious meal.
Originally paired with the 2012 Mariah Pinot Noir. A delicious pasta dish that truly screams for Pinot. With the abundance of zucchini in the Cartograph Garden, and the fact that these single portion quiches get even better when reheated after time in the fridge or freezer, they are a delicious go-to staple during the hectic harvest season. When we came up with the idea of doing the spring release party “behind the scenes” at our wine production facility, we decided to pair our spring wines with pizza. We love making pizzas on the grill throughout spring and summer so we thought these pizzas would be a fun and tasty match for the new Pinots. For the five new Pinot noirs we released for Spring 2018, we came up with a different pizza for each one.
